Dr. Panos Fasoulis

Owner

Panos is a 2nd generation shipowner with more than 23 years of experience in the shipping industry, Economic finance and consulting industries. In 2017, he co-founded Grid Holding, focusing on Ship Ownership, Ship Management and SVP Private Capital Funding. He is also a visiting lecturer in international assurance, accounting, corporate tax systems and financial funding services at university institutions. In 2008, he founded PFF Holding Ltd, providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services with presence in Greece and Cyprus. His career began at F-Shipping and Trading Ltd, where he focused on Costal Shipping ownership and later as CPA in major Auditing firms (ΣΟΛ Crowe, PwC & PKF Gold Coast). He holds a PhD in Accounting & Finance from the University of Miami, a MSc in International Economics, Banking & Finance from the University of Cardiff and a B.A. in Business Economics from Cambridge John Ruskin University.

Spyridon Toyas

Owner

Spyros is a shipowner with over 25 years of financial experience in managerial positions in banking, shipping and asset management firms. In 2017 he co-founded Grid Holding, focusing on Ship Ownership, Private Capital Funding and Investments in the sectors of retail and real estate. Previously, Spyros held various managerial positions in the Banking Sector in Greece and Romania, with expertise in the areas of funding, structured finance (bonds, syndicated loans, ECA financing), project finance and private banking. Furthermore, he was a member in various corporate committees, including Executive Committees, Asset and Liabilities (ALCO) Committees, Risk Committees and Personnel Committees. Spyros holds an MSc in Business Economics and Finance and a BSc in Economics from Buckingham University.

Pavlos Paris Xanalatos

Owner of Tide Line Inc.

Paris is a 4th generation shipowner with more than 30 years of international experience in the shipping industry. Since 2000, he has been running his family business, Tide Line Inc., which has managed end to end over 20 vessels of varying age, build and size. Previously, Paris served as VP of the listed company Anangel American Shipholdings Ltd (Angelikousis Group) in London, overseeing operations of the firm and acting as key liaison between shareholders, management and BoD. His professional career began at Pegasus Chartering Limited in London, where he focused on the chartering of Panamax tankers and Capesize dry bulk carriers, S&P, Trading and Risk Management. Paris holds a MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University in London and a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics.
